1.30-day Always On Data package usage is 15GB, the maximum local data transmission speed for the first 15GB per 30 days is 3.6Mbps; after the first 15GB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 128kbps. You will be informed by a text message when your usage reaches 15GB and the speed limit of 128kbps is in force. Actual speeds that you experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.

2.Provided there is sufficient credit on your SIM Card, your 30-day Always On Data package will be renewed automatically every 30 days after subscription. Any unused data or local voice minutes or other entitlement will be forfeited at the end of the 30-day period and cannot be carried forward. However, the auto-renew feature is cancelled when you subscribe to any of our other local data packages. To unsubscribe, please dial *116#131#. No local data is used if unsubscribe the Always On Data package.

3.Local voice usage will be deducted or charged at the least minute.

4.Local Wi-Fi service is provided for free by CSL Mobile Limited within the 30-day package. csl Wi-Fi Service features high speeds, coverage around Hong Kong, csl Wi-Fi Service connects to the Internet when you are on the move. For setting of csl Wi-Fi Service on your mobile phone, please refer to the User Guide.

5.An Intra-network SMS is a text message sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers, it is free of charge for the first 500 SMS (“Quota”) per 30-day package. After the Quota has been reached, any Intra-network SMS will be charged at $0.3 each. An Inter-network SMS, charged at $0.5 each, is a text message sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks.

6.Each Local MMS, an MMS sent within Hong Kong to users of any Hong Kong networks, is charged at $2 each.

8.Default languages of this Flex-Mobile SIM card are English and Cantonese, you can change your language preference to Mandarin, Tagalog and Bahasa Indonesian by calling 8118 3120 or visit our Flex-Mobile account servicing website at http://prepaidcs.com/p.

9.You can Recharge up to $5,000 at any of our SUN Mobile shops.

10.For recharge value less than $100, you may recharge by multiples of $20 or $50. For recharge between $100 and $500, you may recharge by multiples of $100. For recharge value over $500, you may recharge by multiples of $500.

11.This SIM card is valid for 180 days from activation.

12.The Always On Data package would be effect from the date of purchase.

13.For Recharge amount equal to or above $50 and below $100, the validity of this SIM card will be further extended to an additional 90 days from date of Recharge. For Recharge amount equal to or above $100, the validity of this SIM card will be further extended to an addition 180 days from date of Recharge.

14.We reserve the right to terminate your mobile service without prior notice if your remaining balance is $0 and no usage for 180 days.

15.We would terminate the mobile service upon the expiry of the valid day. The remaining balance, if any will be forfeited immediately.
