1)	You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 12 months, with a prepayment of one year’s fees. You are required to pay an additional $18 per month for MTR/Tunnels/Mobile/Services License and Administration Fees.
2)	An Intra-network SMS is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers, and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"), the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per SMS. An Inter-network SMS, charged at $0.6 each, is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in the form of multiple SMSes with a charge for each individual SMS sent.
3)	Charges thereafter for local voice service: $0.2 per minute.
4)	The fee of the Extra Local Mobile Data is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
5)	The Local Data Service will stop when you use up the Local Data usage and Top-up usage. The Service will resume in the next bill month or when you subscribe to another Top-up Local Data Package. Customers will be informed by a text message when their usage reaches the service stop is put in force.
6)	The maximum local data transmission speed network specification for the monthly Local Mobile Data Entitlement and the Extra Local Mobile Data are 21Mbps. The actual speed will be considerably slower and will be affected by internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software and other factors.

B.	Customers who subscribe to this Service and purchase any data roaming day pass package or data roaming day pass, which are applicable to mainland China, the data roaming day pass or data roaming day pass package is not applicable to Mainland China.
C.	The Service is not applicable to the service plans which do not support the data roaming service.
D.	Required subscribe to designated service plan and subscribe a minimum commitment period of 12months (“Commitment Period”).
E.	The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China only.
F.	This Service included usage deduction of data roaming usage in Mainland China. Customer may top-up by $22/GB for continued use of data roaming service in Mainland China.
G.	Any unused usage and top-up usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
H.	The Service will stop when you use up the China Data Roaming usage and top-up usage. The Service will resume in the next bill month or when you top-up by $22/GB.
I.	Unless otherwise specified, the Service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
J.	Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Commitment Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and SUN Mobile Limited (“SUN”) shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture.

#China Data Roaming Service (the/this “Service”)Terms and Conditions
A.	The Service is available to designated SUN Mobile service plan subscriptions. Subscribe to this Service represents that the customer has agreed to activated the China data roaming service and the China voice roaming service (for answering incoming calls and calling to China's fixed/mobile phone numbers). If you terminate this service, the China data roaming service and the China voice roaming service will be terminated as well.
B.	Customers who subscribe to this Service and purchase any data roaming day pass package or data roaming day pass, which are applicable to mainland China, the data roaming day pass or data roaming day pass package is not applicable to Mainland China.
C.	The Service is not applicable to the service plans which do not support the data roaming service.
D.	Required subscribe to designated service plan and subscribe a minimum commitment period of 12months (“Commitment Period”).
E.	The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China only.
F.	This Service included usage deduction of data roaming usage in Mainland China. Customer may top-up by $22/GB for continued use of data roaming service in Mainland China.
G.	Any unused usage and top-up usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
H.	The Service will stop when you use up the China Data Roaming usage and top-up usage. The Service will resume in the next bill month or when you top-up by $22/GB.
I.	Unless otherwise specified, the Service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
J.	Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Commitment Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and SUN Mobile Limited (“SUN”) shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture.

5G China, Macau & HK Data Service Plan 20GB+3GB (“Service Plan”) Terms and Conditions
5G mobile service is available at designated areas with a compatible device. 3G/4G mobile service is provided if outside our 5G coverage.
1)	You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a commitment period of 24 months (“Commitment Period”), plus the $18 fee for MTR/Tunnels/Mobile/Services License and Administration Fees per month, port-in customers will be waived. This Service Plan is only eligible for The Club Members, New number customers or port-in customers will receive a one-time bonus of 50 Clubpoints. SUN Mobile service fees will not earn Clubpoints.
2)	An Intra-network SMS is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers, and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"), the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per SMS. An Inter-network SMS, charged at $0.6 each, is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. An International SMS, charged at $2 each, is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. A.	The Service is available to designated SUN Mobile service plan subscriptions. The monthly China & Macau data roaming entitlement for this Service Plan is 3GB, you are required to subscribe for a Commitment Period of 24 months. Subscribe to this Service represents that the customer has agreed to activated the China & Macau data roaming service and the China & Macau voice roaming service. If you terminate this service, the China & Macau data roaming service and the China & Macau voice roaming service will be terminated as well.
B.	Customers who subscribe to this Service and purchase any data roaming day pass package, data roaming day pass and Call Macau Home Pass, which are applicable to mainland China & Macau, the data roaming day pass or data roaming day pass package is not applicable to Mainland China & Macau.
C.	The Service is not applicable to the service plans which do not support the data roaming service.
D.	The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China & Macau only.
E.	This Service included usage deduction of data roaming usage in Mainland China & Macau. Customer may top-up by $20/1GB or $30/2GB for continued use of data roaming service in Mainland China & Macau.

G.	The Service will stop when you use up the Data Roaming usage and top-up usage. The Service will resume in the next bill month or when you top-up.

You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 24 months, and permanent exemption of $18 per month for MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License and Administration Fees. After the Commitment Period, the monthly fee is $78 or the prevailing rates.
2)	You can apply for this service plan if you are aged 60 or above by showing a valid identity card (Hong Kong or Macau).
3)	1Gbps is our network specification for downlink of 4.5G network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible device. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors. The monthly data entitlement for this Service Plan is 5GB, after the first 5GB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 128kbps. Customers will be informed by a text message when their usage reaches the speed limit is put in force. 3)	5G mobile service is available at designated areas with a compatible device. 3G/4G mobile service is provided if outside our 5G coverage. The monthly data entitlement for this Service Plan is 10GB, after the first 10GB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 1Mbps. Customers will be informed by a text message when their usage reaches the speed limit is put in force. The actual speed will be considerably slower and will be affected by internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software and other factors.
4)	An Intra-network SMS is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers, and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"), the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per SMS. An Inter-network SMS, charged at $0.6 each, is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. An International SMS, charged at $2 each, is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Text SMSes sent from overseas networks to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers are charged at $3 each. Text SMSes sent from overseas networks to users of other Hong Kong networks are charged at $3.6 each. Text SMSes sent from overseas networks to overseas networks are charged at $4 each. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in the form of multiple SMSes with a charge for each individual SMS sent.
5)	Each Local MMS, an MMS sent within Hong Kong to users of any Hong Kong networks, and is subject to a monthly quota of 200 MMS units ("Quota"), the Thereafter Charge is $2 each. Each International MMS, an MMS sent within Hong Kong to users of an overseas networks, is charged at $5 each. Each MMS contains a file not larger than 300kbytes. A Roaming MMS is an MMS sent from overseas to users of a Hong Kong networks or an overseas networks. 6)	For the value-added service: Call Filtering Service (monthly fee: $22) the default Do-Not-Disturb numbers may be updated or changed from time to time without prior notice and are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible or liable for the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of these numbers. Out of area calls, long distance calls, calls originating from public paid phone and Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) cannot be blocked by the Service. Terms & conditions apply. 7)	Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.
8)	Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only.
9)	Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
10)	When using the conference call or call waiting service, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines.
11)	Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
12)	You can use VAS for free during the Commitment Period, including call forwarding, voice mail, caller ID, call waiting, conference call and local csl Wi-Fi. Your VAS will be canceled automatically when your Commitment Period ends. Click here for details on csl Wi-Fi.
13)	The Mobile Service Agreement and related suppliers’ terms and conditions apply.
14)	We reserve the right to cancel or amend this Service Plan, other offers and these terms and conditions without prior notice. Please visit our website or retail shops for the latest versions.
15)	In case of dispute, our decision is final.
16)	In the event of inconsistencies between the Chinese & English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Top-up Data Package Terms & Conditions
Ⅰ)	The Top-up Data Package is applicable to selected Service Plan(s) only.
Ⅱ)	The fee of the Top-up Data Package is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
Ⅲ)	Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of that bill month.
Ⅳ)	The local data transmission speed will be capped at 1Mbps when you use up the first 10GB local Mobile Data usage included in your Top-up Data Package and the maximum data transmission speed will change back to 5G speed in the next bill month or when you subscribe to another Top-up Data Package.
Ⅴ)	We reserve the right to terminate or change this Top-up Data Package or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
