SUN Mobile客戶免費獲贈3個月雙倍本地流動數據(「此活動」)之條款及細則
  1. 此活動由即日起至2021年10月31止。
  2. 合資格客戶須成功登記政府消費券計劃並選擇以拍住賞領取政府消費券及提交政府發出的消費券計劃之成功登記短訊予SUN Mobile，可免費獲贈3個月雙倍本地流動數據。
  3. 由2021年8月1日後的截數日起始計算，可連續3個月免費獲贈雙倍本地流動數據。於此活動獲得的本地流動數據只可當月使用，未使用之流動本地數據不可累積至下一個月，並於每月截數日被取消。
  4. 合資格客戶須使用指定之SUN Mobile數據服務計劃。
  5. 若於此活動之獎賞完結前因任何原因而終止服務，相關未用之獎賞將會隨即被取消。
  6. 每位客戶只能享用此活動一次。如有發現客戶未成功登記政府消費券計劃並選擇以拍住賞領取政府消費券，本公司保留取消此活動或追討相關費用之權利。
  7. 拍住賞由 HKT Payment Limited (「HKT Payment」) (儲值支付工具牌照號碼：SVF0002) 營運，並受相關條款及細則約束。
  8. HKT Payment 對SUN Mobile Limited 提供的貨品、產品及/或服務之質素或與其相關之任何其他事宜概不承擔任何責任。
  9. 選擇拍住賞作為指定儲值支付工具帳戶以領取由香港政府（「政府」）提供的消費券計劃（「消費券計劃」）下之消費券受政府消費券條款及細則（www.tapngo.com.hk/chi/cvs_tnc.html ）、消費券計劃（www.consumptionvoucher.gov.hk）及政府對於消費券計劃的審批、行動和決定約束。
  10. SUN Mobile Limited 及/或HKT Payment Limited有權隨時終止或更改此活動內容及有關條款及細則而不作另行通知。如有任何爭議， SUN Mobile Limited 及/或HKT Payment Limited保留最終決定權。
Terms and conditions of 3 months double local mobile data for free for SUN Mobile customers ("this reward")
  1. This reward is valid from now until October 31, 2021.
  2. Eligible customers must successfully register for the Consumption Vouchers Scheme (“CVS”) with the Government of Hong Kong (“Government”) and designating Tap & Go as your designated stored value facility account for receiving the consumption voucher by submitting the Government-issued SMS of successful registration of the CVS to SUN Mobile, and they can enjoy 3 months double local mobile data for free.
  3. Starting from the first bill period after August 1, 2021, eligible customers can get double local mobile data for free for 3 consecutive months. The local mobile data obtained in this reward can only be used in the current bill month. Any unused usage cannot be carried forwarded to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of that bill month.
  4. Eligible customers must use the designated SUN Mobile data service plan.
  5. If the service is terminated for any reason before the end of the reward, the relevant unused rewards will be forfeited immediately.
  6. Each customer can only enjoy this reward once. If it is found that the customer has not successfully registered for the CVS and/or not designating Tap & Go as your designated stored value facility account for receiving the consumption voucher, SUN Mobile Limited reserves the right to terminate this reward or claim customer the related fees.
  7. Tap & Go is operated by HKT Payment Limited ("HKT Payment") (Stored Value Facilities License Number: SVF0002) and is subject to relevant Terms and Conditions.
  8. HKT Payment is not responsible for the Service Plan and accepts no liability for the quality of the Product and Service Plan or any other matters relating to any products and/or services provided by Sun Mobile Limited.
  9. Designating Tap & Go as your designated stored value facility account for receiving the consumption voucher under the CVS provided by Government, subject to the CVS Terms and Conditions (www.tapngo.com.hk/eng/cvs_tnc.html) and the approvals, actions and decisions of the Government. For details of the CVS, please visit www.consumptionvoucher.gov.hk.
  10. SUN Mobile Limited and/or HKT Payment Limited reserve the right to terminate or change the Service Plan and/or any provisions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
