  • Terms and Conditions of Now TV STEM Learning Pack Monthly Fee Plan Offer
    1.New or existing customers of Sun Mobile Limited’s monthly services plan can subscribe to the Now TV STEM Learning Pack (without a Now TV Set-Top-Box) (“Value-Added Service Plan” or “VAS Plan”) plan at a discounted price of HK$68/month with a Designated Commitment Period (as defined below) (the “Offer”).
    2.The required commitment period of the Offer is 12/24/36 months (“Designated Commitment Period”) and starts from the commencement date specified in the contract for the VAS Plan (if applicable) of the Sun Mobile Limited’s monthly service plan.
    3.This Offer does not include a Now TV Set-Top Box. This Offer is not applicable to: (i) a Now ID that has registered and connected with a Now TV Set-Top Box or(ii) a customer with a Now ID that is currently subscribing to Now TV STEM Learning Pack.
    4.You will receive an activation code (“Code”) from Sun Mobile Limited after successfully subscribed to the VAS Plan to redeem the Now TV STEM Learning Pack (without a Now TV Set-Top-Box) services through the Now TV Website (https://s.nowtv.hk/redeem-code). The Code is valid on or before 31 December 2025, 23:59:59, for redeeming, failing which the Code will expire. The Now TV STEM Learning Pack (without a Now TV Set-Top-Box) will be effective immediately after the customer successfully redeems the Code.You will be able to access Now TV services by using the Now Apps (Now TV app and Now Smart TV App) and Now TV Website. You must register a new Now ID account or log into your existing Now ID account by your registered mobile phone number to watch Now TV content.
    5.The monthly subscription fee of the VAS Plan will be billed through the invoice issued by Sun Mobile Limited.
    6.If you wish to terminate the VAS Plan before the expiry of the Designated Commitment Period, you must pay Sun Mobile Limited an early termination fee, which is the total monthly fees for the remaining months of the Designated Commitment Period. After the end of the Designated Commitment Period, the VAS Plan will continue to be provided to the customer at the same monthly fee under the Offer until the customer provides Sun Mobile Limited at least 30 days’ prior notice or other periods required by the VAS Plan contract of Sun Mobile Limited’s monthly service plan (if applicable) to cancel the subscription of the VAS Plan.
    7.If your subscription to the Sun Mobile Limited’s monthly service plan is terminated, the VAS Plan will also be terminated and Now TV Limited and Sun Mobile Limited shall not be responsible for such forfeiture.
    8.The Now TV services under the VAS Plan are provided by Now TV Limited. Sun Mobile Limited is not the supplier of the VAS Plan and makes no representation or guarantee as to its quality, and Sun Mobile Limited does not assume any responsibility for any matters related to this VAS Plan.
    9.Now TV is provided by Now TV Limited and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. The VAS Plan and your use of Now TV services are subject to Now TV’s terms and conditions.     10.This VAS Plan is also subject to Sun Mobile Limited’s terms of service. Sun Mobile Limited reserves the right to change or cancel this offer and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    11.If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
    12.In the event of any disputes, the decisions of Sun Mobile Limited shall be final.
    13.These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R.
